We stand behind the engineering of every electric vehicle we build. All brand new electric motorcycles and scooters come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering key drive systems and power components.
Smart Battery Pack
Complete protection against internal cell degradation, BMS failure, and severe capacity drop issues.
Electric Hub Motor
Coverage for motor coils, internal bearings, and hub housing against manufacturing flaws and IP67 seal breaks.
Electronic Controller
Defective MOSFET modules, heat-sink thermal failure, and main throttle signal processor replacement.

Exclusions & Void Clauses
❌ Consumable Parts
Tires, tubes, brake linings, brake pads, bulbs, fuses, plastic body covers, stickers, handles, and seat covers are considered wear-and-tear items and are not covered.
❌ Unauthorized Mods
Any attempt to open, repair, modify, or upgrade battery packs, electric motors, or speed controllers outside of our official showroom workshops will immediately void the warranty.
❌ Water & Abuse
Submerging the vehicle in water depths above the hub motor center line, stunt riding, severe over-loading, or physical collision damages are strictly excluded.
❌ Third-Party Tech
Installing unapproved alarm systems, extra lighting, horn relays, or third-party fast chargers that alter the original wiring harness will void all electronic warranties.
