3. Test Ride Program Protocols
Submitting a test ride booking request via our scheduling systems does not guarantee a slot. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings based on fleet availability, safety conditions, or license validation failures. All test ride participants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid physical driving license and CNIC.
4. Pricing & Spec Disclaimers
To protect dealership networks and ensure custom regional options, no vehicle pricing is displayed on this public showroom website. Product specifications (such as top speed, maximum range, and charge times) are measured under standard controlled testing conditions. Actual performance telemetry may vary based on terrain gradients, ambient temperature, battery health, rider weight, and driving habits.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sami Motors, its directors, officers, engineers, employees, or tech partners (including Azitics Private Limited) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use this website, or your physical participation in our testing programs.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising in connection with this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
